Shipping Policy
At IslandGirlHawaii.com, each piece is handcrafted in Hawaii with care and attention to detail. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Shipping to the U.S. mainland from Hawai‘i is surprisingly fast via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most in-stock items ship the same or next business day and typically arrive within 3–5 days after it’s been shipped, depending on your location. If additional time is needed to complete your order in our factory, we will contact you.
Special orders, such as custom hand engraved bracelets or made-to-order pieces, require additional production time. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production prior to shipment unless otherwise noted in the product description. Some special orders may require additional time, and we will notify you if there is any delay.
Shipping Methods & Time
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday until 4pm and orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next Monday via:
USPS (Enjoy Free Shipping on orders to the continental U.S.), or
FedEx (Customer Paid Shipping), depending on the service selected at checkout and destination.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Enjoy Free shipping to the continental U.S. on orders over $60.
International Shipping
We welcome international orders for an added charge calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Shipping Responsibility
All shipping cost to and from our factory, including return shipping for approved exchanges or approved repair services, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Island Girl Hawaii Jewelry is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If we are notified of an address issue by the carrier (such as “Address Not Found”), we will contact you to help resolve the issue to complete delivery.
